CarneySweeney are seeking Reserved Matters approval for a scheme comprising 460 dwellings, and a local retail centre on land at Talbot Green on behalf of Taylor Wimpey South Wales.  Peter Waldren acted for the previous landowner of the site, gaining the site's allocation in the Local Development Plan, gaining outline planning permission, defending the site against a hostile Town and Village Green application and finally renewing the outline permission.  CarneySweeney are instrumental in coordinating the client's design team to ensure the Reserved Matters submission is fully supported and planning conditions attached to the outline permission can be discharged.
