St Martins Place comprises a tall residential tower building in Birmingham city centre with 228 units, with commercial floorspace at ground level. The development is multiple heights, being 17 storeys at the highest point and includes areas of amenity space for residents via rooftop gardens. Gerald Sweeney and Kam Saini led the project in conjunction with the Client, attending all meetings with Birmingham City Planners and their senior management and design team.
