This Pre-Application Consultation relates to the intention of Glenbrook Property to submit to the local planning authority (Newport Council) a full planning application for a Change of Use from Class A1 (Non-Food Retail) to Class B1 (Business) and/or Class B2 (General Industrial) and/or B8 (Storage or Distribution) and/or Class A1 (Non-Food Retail) at the existing Matalan store at Seven Stiles Avenue, Newport.
