CarneySweeney secured planning permission for the redevelopment of the old Royal Exchange building at the popular Cowbridge Road District Centre in Cardiff. The scheme delivers 8 new apartments and ground floor commercial space with outdoor terrace and seating area.

The scheme will transform the old Royal Exchange building which dates from c.1887, bringing it back into beneficial use and deliver much needed urban housing.
