CarneySweeney has acted as trusted planning advisor to Abrdn's UK Real Estate Fund at Leamington Shopping Park at Tachbrook Park Drive, Leamington Spa.  The Park, which is home to The Range, M&S, Halfords and more has a complex planning history including numerous planning reconfigurations, relaxations and extension proposals with work most recently underway on planning permissions for two new drive-thru units and an Electric Vehicle Charging hub to serve the wider park.  The prime location is able to deliver strong footfall owing to a diverse occupier mix.  CarneySweeney has recently acted as advisor to Abrdn in its successful disposal of the asset to CBRE IM in a £58m investment deal.
