CarneySweeney was formed by Paula Carney and Gerald Sweeney. Both are known for being enthusiastic about all things town planning. Having previously helped to establish independent town planning consultancies separately in London and Birmingham, they subsequently jointly led the UK's 3rd largest town planning consultancy as part of an international multi-disciplinary plc. However, the time became right to return to the thing they both loved best, which was being actively and meaningfully involved in the day to day work of an independent town planning consultancy. They are all known for their knowledge and integrity, which are things we value very highly at CarneySweeney.
