Peveril Securities and Sladen Estates are bringing forward exciting plans for a new Build-to-Rent (BTR) development at Bicester Arc, Lakeview Drive, forming the next phase of the site’s wider masterplan.
A planning application for the sensitively designed scheme will be submitted to Cherwell District Council following this period of public consultation.
A public consultation event will be taking place on Wednesday 15th October (5 pm – 8 pm) at Kingsmere Community Centre, Whitelands Way, Bicester OX26 1EG.

Overview of the plans
The proposals will deliver 309 Build-to-Rent (BTR) apartments, forming part of the wider Bicester Arc masterplan, which already benefits from outline planning consent for office and commercial uses.
The development will provide a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes arranged around a landscaped central courtyard, creating a focal point and high-quality environment for residents.
A range of shared facilities, including co-working spaces, resident lounges and a rooftop terrace, will offer places to work, relax and come together as part of a new, well-connected community.
The design has been carefully developed to respond to the local setting, with buildings of up to six storeys set back from the A41. The proposals use a palette of materials that complement the surrounding area, while landscaping and new planting will soften the site edges and enhance biodiversity.
The scheme also includes resident and visitor parking, secure cycle storage and improved pedestrian and cycle connections to Kingsmere and Bicester town centre, helping to promote sustainable travel and better integration with the wider area.
