This Pre-Application Consultation relates to the intention of Welsh Ministers to submit to the local planning authority (Vale of Glamorgan Council) a full planning application for the demolition of existing buildings and structures and the installation of a 132kV electricity substation on land at Bro Tathan, St. Athan.
