CarneySweeney has been working with Persimmon Homes, acting as planning agent for various applications related to an Outline Planning Permission for a mixed-use development of up to 450 homes, employment and community uses. In October 2025, CarneySweeney secured reserved matters approval for Phase 2 of the development totalling 88 homes. During the course of the application, CarneySweeney presented the proposal at a Member's Briefing for the Planning Committee to address questions prior to the determination date. By engaging early with Members of the Planning Committee, queries were resolved swiftly which contributed to a successful outcome at Planning Committee.
