Full planning permission under delegated powers for the redevelopment of a 1.6 hectare trading estate in Wednesbury to provide new B2 and B8 floorspace. The redevelopment comprises the demolition of several existing buildings to provide a single B2 and B8 unit of 6,000sqm. CarneySweeney also achieved a separate planning consent to secure access to neighbouring retained, employment units from the public highway.
