CarneySweeney provided planning consultancy services to St Francis Group on the redevelopment of the former Eggborough Power Station site in Yorkshire to provide new employment floorspace. The site extends to around 53.5 hectares and has hybrid planning permission for the demolition of buildings within the Eggborough Power Station and construction of up to 211,000 sq.m GIA. of Use Class B1(c) (light industrial), B2 and B8 development.
