CarneySweeney has been appointed by Fairview Hotels to submit a planning application for the extension to the Holiday Inn Hotel in Cardiff North.  Emma Fortune has assisted our client in putting a consultant team together in order to provide all of the technical information needed, including highways, ecological, drainage/SAB and arboricultural information.  Emma has led this multi-disciplinary team in preparing all the necessary information to support the planning application for the proposals which further to working closely with Officer's from Cardiff Council, was granted planning permission in February 2023.
