Emma Fortune has acted for Redrow Homes on the promotion of Land South of Hardwicke for residential development since 2015. As a result of that work, the site is now identified as a Strategic Site within the Submission Draft Stroud Local Plan Review for 1,350 homes. 

During this time, Emma has led the multidisciplinary team in the preparation and co-ordination of representations to each stage of the Local Plan Review, and has engaged closely with Stroud District Council Officers, Parish Council Members and has been involved in numerous public consultation events. Emma has also represented the development through the Stroud Local Plan inquiry in 2023.

Emma also led the team in the preparation of the planning application and Environmental Impact Assessment which was submitted to Stroud District Council in July 2023.
