Wembley Park, London

Our people have worked for over ten years on the co-ordinated development of this significant, mixed use regeneration scheme adjacent to Wembley Stadium.

Wembley Park is part of one of the largest regeneration initiatives in the UK. It aims to deliver over ten million square feet of commercial, residential, leisure and community facilities in a new, cohesive urban neighbourhood.

Working with the developer, Quintain, together with The London Borough of Brent and the GLA, to deliver this ambitious vision, our people provide evolving planning solutions that coordinate planning processes and application submissions in order to support a phased development. Central to our approach is working closely with stakeholders, so that our client's vision can be translated into planning terms.

For over a decade, our people have delivered planning permissions for four significant masterplans; 8,000 residential units; the London Designer Outlet; a new Hilton Hotel; many meantime developments including Box Park; and the refurbishment of the listed Wembley Arena building.

The area is now a thriving mixed use residential and business community and an established retail and entertainments venue. Our expertise and collaborative approach to enabling this success has been recognised by commendations from the Greater London Authority, the Royal Town Planning Institute and London First.
