CarneySweeney has been appointed by Redrow Homes to submit a planning application for 105 units on an allocated site in Cowbridge.  Emma Fortune has co-ordinated the submission of the Planning Application to Vale of Glamorgan Council following extensive pre-application discussions and public consultation.  Emma is currently working closely with Officers from Vale of Glamorgan Council to ensure the planning application is determined as swiftly as possible.
