Pre-Application Consultation

This Pre-Application Consultation relates to the intention of Talbot Green Developments Ltd ('TGDL') to submit to the local planning authority (Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council) an outline planning application with all matters reserved except access (means of access), for the erection of up to 180 dwellings with all associated open space, landscaping, drainage, engineering and servicing on Land south of A473, Talbot Green.

The proposed development would include the following elements:

  • Provision of up to 180 homes
  • Provision of public open space including children's play space
  • New access, pedestrian and cycle routes
  • Green and blue infrastructure including sustainable drainage
  • Landscape planting and opportunities for net benefit for biodiversity
  • All associated engineering and infrastructure works
