Pre-Application Consultation
The British Land Company PLC intends to submit a Full Planning Application to Flintshire County Council for the development of a Class A1 retail store operated by Lidl.
The application site is located in the northeast of Broughton at the junction of Chester Road with the Broughton Shopping Park link road. The site is irregular in shape and extends to an area of c.1.3 hectares.
The site contains no buildings or other structures and is currently unused, comprising rough featureless grass interspersed with trees and bushes. There is no means of vehicular or pedestrian access to the site at present.
